Many items sold by B. Rose Boutique are custom-made.

Because of the personalized nature of custom items:

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started

  • Please ensure spelling, sizing, and design selections are correct before placing your order

  • B. Rose Boutique is not responsible for customer errors in customization requests

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated.

During holidays, promotions, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

5. Shipping

Once your order has shipped, B. Rose Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

Approved issues may be eligible for:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

All designs, logos, graphics, and content on this website are the property of B. Rose Boutique and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
