Thank you for shopping at B. Rose Boutique. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.


1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on standard, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unworn

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Items must have original tags attached

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.


2. Custom Orders (Non-Returnable)

Please note: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Because these items are made specifically for you, they are considered Final Sale.

We encourage customers to carefully review:

  • Spelling

  • Sizing

  • Design selections

before finalizing their order.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (for eligible items), we will notify you if the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
